Shipping Policy

1. Delivery

1.1 Fogstar promises to ensure products are fulfilled, dispatched, and delivered within the allocated times outlined in this policy. 

1.2 Orders placed and paid for before 3:00 PM Monday to Friday will be fulfilled and dispatched the same day - with the exception of specialist Hazchem consignments. You will receive an email notification once your order is fulfilled.

 1.3 Orders fulfilled after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day - with the exception of specialist Hazchem consignments.

1.4 Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be fulfilled the following working day

1.5 Orders exceeding 70kg containing hazardous goods will require a specialist palletised delivery. A member of our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day once your order is placed.

2. Delivery Options

2.1 Fogstar offers a few delivery options for the UK depending upon what products you purchase;

  • Cylindrical Batteries, Chargers, and Accessories

Royal Mail 48: Free shipping on orders over £10 for delivery within England, Wales, and Scotland.

FedEx Next Day Delivery: Free shipping on orders over £15. For orders under £15, a £3.49 fee will apply.

  • Oversized and Non-Class 9 Goods (Seplos Kits, BMS, LiFePO4 Chargers)

FedEx Next Day Delivery: Free shipping.

  • LiFePO4 Battery Products (Class 9)

TNT Delivery: Free shipping with a delivery time of 1-3 days. Please note that due to the nature of these products, additional handling time may be required. You can read more about this over at our blog.

  • Pallet Delivery (Fogstar Energy Batteries)

Hazchem Network: Free Shipping. This delivery option requires the customer to be present at time of delivery. We will contact you via telephone or email to book in your delivery.

2.2 Please allow the full delivery time to pass before contacting us about a missing order. We understand this can be frustrating, but we cannot investigate until this time has elapsed.

3. Your Obligations

3.1 Please select the correct delivery option at checkout.

3.2 Please provide the correct delivery address. Fogstar cannot verify addresses against payment provider data. 

3.3 Please order the correct products. Incorrect orders must be returned at the buyer's expense if unused and in original packaging.
